Of course it’s been eight years since you gave this lecture but I am sorry I missed it.
I have worked as a doc in a level 1 trauma center for the last 20 years where I have seen many troubling things. In addition, for the last eight years I have helped oversee my state’s emergency medical system.
Hamsterdam introduced me to the public health/ harm reduction angle for addressing the opioid epidemic. It’s a horrible epidemic that has scarred my state and the epidemic is still doing horrible things. Your show opened my eyes to many of the tools my responders can use and better ways to address the drug problem.
Thanks so much for your work.
Apologies for my bad grammar and typos.
The best speech i have heard in over a decade.
A brilliant speech. Thank you so much for all of your hard work, Mr. Simon.
